If you are attending Spring Meeting 2017 please find information below to help you plan your day.

Attendees

Doors will open at 9:30am for general attendance. Please make your way to the Imperial War Museum Conference Centre reception where there will be BGA staff on hand to register you and give you further directions.

If you have not already booked your place please speak to Kirsty or Lindsay at the IWM Conference Centre reception on the day and they will register your attendance.

 Exhibitors.

Exhibitors will be able to set up from 8:30am. Please make your way to the Imperial War Museum Conference Centre reception where you will receive further instructions as to where you can unload and set up.

IWM Duxford is just south of Cambridge at Junction 10 of the M11 motorway, less than 50 miles from
central London and approximately 40 minutes from the M25.

By Train
The nearest main line railway stations with taxi rank facilities are Cambridge and Royston; please see www.nationalrail.co.uk for further information, timetables and fares.

Taxi fares are approximately £20.00 each way from Cambridge and £15.00 each way from Royston.

There is also a railway station at Whittlesford Parkway, taxis MUST be pre-booked if you intend to use this station.
